Die DDR in den 70er-Jahren. Micha Ehrenreich wohnt in einer Straße, deren längeres Ende im Westen und deren kürzeres Ende im Osten liegt: die Sonnenallee. Micha ist 17, er liebt Pop-Musik und Coca Cola. Sein Berufsziel ist es, Pop-Star zu werden und darum kleidet er sich für den Abschnittsbevollmächtigten eine Spur zu modisch. Das Wichtigste für Micha ist aber Miriam. Micha legt ihr sein Leben zu Füßen und lernt dabei, es in die eigene Hand zu nehmen.
Smart City | DB möchte Bahnhöfe schöner machen, damit sie zu echten Bezugspunkten zwischen Zuhause und Arbeit werden. Und hier auf dem Stuttgarter Platz, an deinem Bahnhof Charlottenburg, fangen sie damit an. Von Anfang Juni bis September erwartet euch das Kiezkino im verborgenen Innenhof am Rande des Bahnhofgebäudes. Dein Place am Bahnhof Charlottenburg #placecharlottenburg

A group of kids grow up on the short, wrong (east) side of the Sonnenallee in Berlin, right next to one of the few border crossings between East and West reserved for German citizens. The antics of these kids, their families, of the “West German” friends and relatives who come to visit, and of the East German border guards, all serve to illustrate the absurdity of everyday life on the Sonnenallee, and therefore throughout the former East Germany.
Smart City | DB wants to make stations more beautiful so that they become real points of reference between home and work. And here on Stuttgarter Platz, at your Charlottenburg station, they’re starting to do just that. From early June to September, the Kiezkino awaits you in the hidden inner courtyard at the edge of the station building. Your Place at Charlottenburg Station.
