Welcome to the 41st INTERFILM festival!

In einer Zeit, die unsere Demokratie täglich auf die Probe stellt, in der Freiheit und Meinungsvielfalt überall unter Druck geraten, ist Film mehr als Unterhaltung – er wird zum Hebel, zur Versammlung, zur Strategie. Mit der 41. Edition des INTERFILM Festivals rufen wir dazu auf, zwischen all dem Chaos, den Krisen und den konstruierten Narrativen Räume zu schaffen, in denen Solidarität trägt, Widerstand wächst, Erinnerungen lebendig bleiben und Utopien keimen.

In an era in which democracy is put to the test on a daily basis, in which liberty and freedom of expression are under pressure everywhere we look, film is more than entertainment – it becomes a lever, an assembly, a strategy. With the 41st edition of INTERFILM, we call, amidst all the chaos, crises and constructed narratives, for the creation of spaces in which solidarity sustains, resistance grows, memories remain alive and utopias germinate.

Dieses Jahr lassen wir es mal wieder richtig krachen! INTERFILM feiert und das wird mit einer grandiosen Part! Der kultige DIY-Keller verwandelt sich in einen wilden Club, indem Dj Discjockey und Nycky Estrella euch mit ihren Sets in den Tanzrausch treiben. Ein Abend voller Überraschungen, ausgelassener Stimmung und mitreißender Musik – Festival-Nostalgie trifft auf frische Sounds. Anstoßen, tanzen, das Leben und die Filme feiern, als gäbe es keinen Morgen. Seid am Start und macht die Nacht zum unvergesslichen Höhepunkt dieses besonderen Festivaljahres!

This year we’re really going all out again! INTERFILM is celebrating, with a magnificent party! Our cult DIY basement venue will be transformed into a wild club as Dj Discjockey and Nycky Estrella intoxicate you with their dance-fever-inducing sets. An evening full of surprises, exuberant atmosphere and rousing music – festival nostalgia meets fresh sounds. Toasting, dancing and celebrating life like there’s no tomorrow. Be a part of it all and make the night an unforgettable climax to this special festival year!
